    - Willie Green
    - Darvin Ham
    - I used to hate this guy when I lived in Cleveland, but Mike Brown has a stellar resume, tbh
    - Another under the radar pick is the guy who's been with Pop longer than both Becky and Ime and someone who many of their fans thought would take over for Pop: Will Hardy.

i dunno if it's the novelty factor (of our discussion anyway) but I think all of these guys interest me more than the three that have been bandied about.

You're not missing anyone, but Neil missed Draymond Green, Khris Middleton, Georges Niang, Dillon Brooks, Monte' Morris....

Looks like we were the last team to ever have a "Player/Coach"
    I'm all for Coach Lillard!

The CJ pick made no sense at the time, and it still makes no sense. Dame had just won ROY and Neil went out and drafted another ball dominant guard who is undersized for the two. Why is it that the people on this forum seem to be better at Neil's job than Neil?

Im sure a big part of it was because MDA let James do whatever he wanted

remember Westbrook was disgusted by the way the team catered to harden

This has been happening for years now. I used to post fairly regularly here but now just lurk. Between the politics, knowitallism, lack of respect, gang mentality of those who post 50x a day, it's become a fairly toxic echo chamber, not a level, open place for discussion. Still probably the "best" board for Blazers stuff, but at this point that's not saying much...

Good. That sets that organization back by at least a couple years.

How is it these teams that fired their coach AFTER blazers fired theirs, hiring new ones so fast?

It’s pretty obvious then it’s Chauncey Billups.

MDA is the safest pick. Hammon is the riskiest. I don’t mind MDA at all as long as he hires a good defensive coach. And for all we talk about upgrading the defense (rightfully so btw) the offense needs to get better as well.

    1. Billups
    2. MDA
    3. Hammon

That's my feeling. If it wasn't Billups it would be announced by now. At this point I'd be a little surprised if it's not him.

Yep. That along with the KP rape allegations and now Kidd’s hiring……I’d hate to run PR for them

You’d think. Unless they’ve been waiting on Billups for interviews, or doing a more thorough vetting process and keeping option open
