If CJ were to be traded, who are we most likely to get?

Guess I couldn't tell you one way or another? I personally won't click on his articles and certainly won't pay to read his opinion.

Did Norman Powell tell you this? Is there a link to a credible source that has said this?

I consider my intuition to be very credible. :)

I think he makes it clear he has no inside info; that he is speculating based on the same things that all of us know. So his opinion that CJ will go is not re-assuring. The other guy is seemingly claiming inside info; who really knows?
I do agree with Quick thatSimmons would be a poor fit and that trade not likely to happen.

This still feels like damage control from their comments after the loss.

They can't run it back. The team is super flawed. It's as obvious in Philly as it is in Portland. I don't know why these GMs are so unwilling to make changes.

The more I think about it unless we trade Nurk I don’t want Simmons. Nurk and Simmons starting together seems horrible offensively

That might be the case. Nurk's contract is coming up after this next season. He hasn't been a player we can count on to be consistent. He reminds me so much of Nic Batum. These guys where the game comes to them too easy so they never put in the work. Simmons might be that guy too, but he has a much higher ceiling than Nurk.

...there are "no sources" for this. Garbage websites just want clicks -- same goes for these shit accounts like nba central.

This is why Roy will never be considered the best, and no fucking way we should retire his number. Shit leader. I had read multiple reports at the time about how he changed with stardom and how he was unhappy that we were featuring Oden in the offense. Roy was the anti-Dame.

If the Sixers are good with that deal then we should just do this.

Yes, that's the standard wet dream.
However, there has been speculation that Philly is worried about its defense with McCollum. They're probably not going to include an all-defenseman. Yes, I know DJJ is good at defense.

Yeah, I don't think we'll get Thybulle. I was just saying I would make the deal straight across instead of involving the other teams if that's what Philly was giving up for CJ and DJ. I think anything you here about CJ not fitting what the Sixers need at this point is just jockeying. This trade makes sense for both teams. They need a perimeter scorer initiating their half court set and we need defense, athleticism and size... and probably to free up our starting SG spot for Norm.

I really think CJ for Ben ends up happening and we will have to include a conditional future first because Ben is so much younger.

Wow, the comments on that tweet are amazing.
--"Raptors say no--they get nothing for Boucher!!"
--"Philly says no--they'd have the worst defensive backcourt in the league!"
--"Warriors say no--why do they need two all-defense forwards?!"
--"Blazers say no--Wiggins is the worst piece in that deal!"

Apparently, everyone gets worse with this trade, according to the people on Twitter.

Exactly the opposite, both are great passers, team players, set picks. Our offense would be flowing
