Gasol would make the Bulls favorites to win it all IMO even over San Antonio, so I hope it doesn't happen for the east's sake.</p> I don't know why Paxon didn't pull the trigger last time, seemed worht it to me even if it was giving up a little much. </p> </p>
I agree that they would be the favorites if they were to get Pau but that would change if say the Celtics get Garnett (pierce, allen, garnett).
Supposedly, Memphis almost traded Gasol to Atlanta on draft night for the 3rd pick and some of Atlanta's young talent but backed away at the last second. I think it would have to take Deng/Gordon to bring him to Chicago.
