I don't know about tax law but I know we are supposed to pay taxes on income.

“Prosecutors say Trump signed tuition checks for his employees’ kids.”

What a fucking monster!!! Lock him up.

So this comes down to $350,000 in missed taxes for a corporation that clears over $600 million a year, has over 22,000 employees, and has paid hundreds of millions in NY state taxes in the last decade.

Nah, this isn’t political at all. Fuck politics. Meanwhile Hunter Biden is getting money from all over the globe, didn’t pay over $400,000 in income taxes in 2017 alone, and he gets it paid off completely.

Two Americas, indeed. This type of bullshit is making me actually like Trump. Employing 22,000 people in the USA whose taxes have paid for Noe Biden’s life for 50 years (other than the hidden money from the 10% for the Big Guy).

Only if you’re on the wrong team. If you’re in the DC Elites, you’re good to go and then somehow come up with hundreds of thousands of dollars in one lump sum. Shockingly, this news can’t be found on any of the Left-wing major media sources even though it’s in the public record. If the Trump Dude didn’t pay taxes, that’s his problem and he should pay them.

Two separate liens and no penalties, no criminal charges for “the smartest guy” Joe knows.

    Two Americas
    https://irsprob.com/joe-bidens-son-faces-irs-lien-for-112k-in-unpaid-taxes/

The Internal Revenue Service filed a tax lien against Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President and current Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, reporting that he owes $112,805 in unpaid taxes from 2015.

The lien, first reported by the Daily Caller News Foundation, was filed in Connecticut and also lists Hunter Biden’s ex-wife, Kathleen Biden.

The second tax lien. Too poor to pay child support, but comes up with ~$450,000 in less than a week to resolve his latest back tax issue.

By the way, why doesn’t Joe acknowledge his grandson in Arkansas? When he talks about his grandkids, they don’t mention deadbeat dad Hunter’s other kid. It wasn’t even brought up when Hunter’s book came out and the Leftist media was fawning over the loser.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/nypost...-dc-tax-lien-resolved-within-days-report/amp/

‘Broke’ Hunter Biden got $450K tax lien ‘resolved’ within days: report

Hunter Biden settled a $450,000 tax debt within six days last month, despite recently claiming he was too broke to pay child support, according to a new report, raising further questions about his financial dealings.

The son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was slapped with the hefty lien on July 9 by the District of Columbia for unpaid state income taxes, and despite having no clear job, was able to “resolve” the bill in the space of a week, the Washington Free Beacon reported Monday.

A spokesman for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in DC confirmed to the publication that the younger Biden, 50, was released on July 15 after the “tax issue was resolved.”

It’s unclear how the potential first son was able to pay off the nearly half-million-dollar debt so quickly, but the report raises further questions about the family’s murky financial dealings.

And a defense attorney will do everything to get their client off even if they know they are a serial killer.

We can all sit here and make assumptions or we can wait till all the facts come out. The indictment is still sealed. We can point to articles written from shotty or unreliable sources or we can wait to see who is actually charged and with what exactly.

we don't poison our political opponents nor declare our leaders dictator for however long he wants the job....let's keep perspectives a little reality based here if you plan on criticizing our legal system at the top..which is totally fair...I do the same but..Trump would've been taken out back and shot with his wife and kids in a Soviet style lawfare on Jan 7th....as it is, he's golfing and suffered the loss of a twitter account and his facebook account...toxic? He's a fucking creampuff spoiled egomaniac with no grasp of truth or connection with basic civil discourse and the real kicker is that the guy who turned him in for corruption was....wait for it.........his lawyer! His niece, 5 generals he fell into bad blood with, most of his cabinet and his attorney general also called him out as a liar....you have no case sir...he's today propped up by a dying political party that is divided and to which survival means appeasing his mob all in the name of greed

Seems like that must have been a pretty low bar, then.

Expense side: It's a personal, not business, expense to park at your primary place of employment, so you can't deduct it. You can deduct business-related parking fees when visiting a customer or client, such as airport parking. But only the business-related, not personal-benefit, portion.

I haven't done taxes since 1996, so I'm rephrasing the layman's pamphlet, not the code.

    https://www.irs.gov/publications/p15b#en_US_2021_publink1000193746
    ---
Income side: A "working condition benefit" (including parking) is something that is normally allowable as a business or depreciation expense to the employee if the employee pays for it.

The employee deductible part of an employer's parking benefit is up to $270/month. The receiver must be an employee, not self-employed or the owner himself. The employee can deduct on his personal return the uncompensated parking expense, but not the compensated part. But only the business-related, not personal-benefit, portion. The employer deducts the compensated part on his business return.
    ---
    Summary
Income side: So apparently the benefit receiver either 1) personally deducted too much (such as the personal-benefit portion), or 2) was not an employee. 3) Or the employer deducted from his business return too much (such as the total parking fee, not just the employer-paid part).

Expense side: I'm breaking down! Fuck this shit! How about, the uncompensated non-employee independent contractor didn't save his receipts! There are more possibilities to list, but that's all you get.

If part of that doesn't make sense, blame me, not the pamphlet. It's my fast unconsidered rewrite of what I saw.

It's not a crime if you either admit it, or deny it very strongly. Or both.

mutiny successfully, that is. they always mutiny, but you put it down, drop the leaders in the drink, and sail on.

That's the kind of blood thirsty solution that I've come to admire in you.
Say, I've got a neighbor with a constantly barking dog I'd like you to address. How many doubloons do you charge?
