Yes, but doesn’t SF now have that curious creation called “rent equity”? So if the owner(s) of the house sell it, you get a portion of the proceeds? The longer you’ve lived there, the more you receive? Like up to 25%? My info may be skewed, but my in laws lived in SF for 40+ years and they let their lower flat go unleased for a long enough time so that they could avoid the rent equity AND give whoever bought their place freedom from rent control……but that’s been 7 years ago.
Wow, way cool! When I went to high school (Lakeridge), The Dalles was always known for really good baseball teams.

Eastern Oregon has some produced some goodies. There was a slugger for the Mariners from Pendleton as well, who either hit a home run or struck out. His name escapes me right now though. 70’s and 80’s
We're having a big party at the Sunshine Mill Winery (The Dalles) on Saturday, July 31st! Come join us!
Except when people have completely different views of things and write off things that are vital for you. Like idk, healthcare. Or someone against rights for transgender or gay people and you are trans or gay yourself. Or you are just a good person all around and their views obviously show they are not. I could go on and on.
