Even if he's given medical clearance, which i highly DOUBT a team would, we already have Zeller. I don't see the point. Look back to how hard Chris Bosh tried to get a contract and medical clearance from teams. It's not that easy, especially so when Aldridge's issues are cardiovascular in nature.

Bosch had blood clot issues. LMA has had Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome that is normally permanently cured by ablation therapy. We know that his irregular heart beat recurred at least a couple of times. I'm no doctor, but depending upon what treatment he's had and what his test results show, it could be safe for him to return.
