    I didn't watch the video, but I did read the wiki page on Donziger. It's a complex case, and it's not clear what the truth really is - possibly there are "very bad people, on both sides".

    I didn't know a judge could continue a case if the prosectors decide not to prosecute it. It seems strange for a judge to go out of the way for a misdemeanor charge to allow him to be prosecuted by a group of lawyers that represent the company he sued. It seems very strange.
