Let the cake bake?

When Dame said we're not good enough people forget that he's including himself in that statement...he says it every off season and works on his game...he was really trying on defense in the Olympic games...CJ and Dame's mom's are also best friends they bought houses for in Portland...I get the impression both their mom's will have a say in splitting them up as well.

 

Simply need to improve defensively and stay healthy. This team will surprise.

I've heard Dame and CJ talk about their moms....forget their agents...their mom's are alpha's! I'm a guy who loves people who invest in the city and culture and we have two guys who really do that...for what I think are the right reasons. Mutual respect. I honestly think they'll both be career Blazers..both Dame and CJ have laughed their way through this trade rumor mill together. I am interested to see how Chauncey will up their games

 

That's all fine and good, and I love both Dame and CJ too. I just don't think their mom's have any say if either of them are getting traded.

 

Im assuming Chauncey will have real influence on the both of them if one or both are still here. He said during one interview I heard, its starts with those two in adopting an aggressive defensive strategy.

 

CJ has worked with Roco and hiked the gorge with our trainers already this summer...I think he's a really, really bright guy and knows his days of 13 dribble chuck are over now....Dame too...Neil and Jody aren't going to piss Dame off by moving CJ and I think people forget that he's part of this conversation. They can trade anybody sure but I don't see them trading their two best players before Chauncey gets a chance to make them two way players..there are probably 50 trade CJ threads since he was drafted...I don't think it's a front office strategy at all whether folks like it or not.. I think staggering Norm and CJ keeps a good two guard rotation and a small ball option..if you play all three together
