Anyone who think sub 500 ball clubs are easy pickings this late in the race have been slack on watching latest game matches between contenders and non contenders. The San Diego Padres are probably the team with the most expertise in that arena..

 

Twins have won 9 of 14 so at least trying unlike the embarrassing orioles. Saw that Gil was sent down. I was hoping he would stay in the rotation a while longer
