When one is already vaxxed. Get to hit replay on the tv but not live, yes it is hard to wear the mask.
Maybe some of us here should not statecwhat is or isnt hard for others when everyone is dofferent?

When i went into the Service, i don't remember one guy saying, nope! ain't gonna inject me, Eyes gotz rights. We were committing to the service of this country. To me, that's what getting the vaccine is. Service to your fellow man.

If everyone is vaccinated or has a negative COVID test, then why the mask mandate? The whole point of the vaccines was so we can get back to normal life.

 

The booster should be the same but it apparently doesn't hurt to get multiple vaccines. My friend at the clinic says they already see lots of people slipping in for boosters already, or swapping from J&J to moderna because that one is better. They also think the j&j will eventually be phased out.

 

What are the reactions to the boosters like?

 

I am fully vaccinated and will get my booster as soon as it’s available.

That being said, fully vaxed shouldn’t mean shit. Negative tests and masks are really important. After being vaccinated, I got COVID. I had minor symptoms, but could spread it.

 

because a tiny portion of the public (very very very small) can still have breakthrough infections even after vaccinations. While they probably won't die or get hospitalized, they can still spread to others and continue to propagate the virus. Masks can help in that regard. These are steps required because like half the country is still unvaccinated unfortunately.

Your irritation at this mandate shouldn't be at the Blazers or the Governor, but rather at the people learning science from Facebook.

you had a choice to enter the service. i also believe once you do you are giving up certain rights and are owned by the government.

Thing is, if you don't want to get the vaccine (I'll never understand why, but regardless), it's so easy to have a picture on a phone that will get you in.....

As for mask wearing - I absolutely agree it lessens the experience - the games at the end of the year just felt weird. I'm willing to go along with it while we have this variant spike - but eventually that needs to go away for the vaccinated.

 

Maybe you should read what @illmatic99 wrote, instead of what it was changed to?

 

it isn't irrelevant when the fans inside are still exposed to the 50% unvaccinated people outside Moda and can become carriers inside. How many of them inside have kids who could be carriers? I'm OK with siding with a better-safe-than-sorry approach, however minimal the risk is.
