Zeller Nurk and Nance are all excellent passers...

Actually they do. Dame is a very good passer, probably underrated with his uncanny ability to hit crazy angles past defenders, and Nurk is a fabulous passer at center. Not Jokic, but pretty damn amazing. That's 2. CJ isn't crappy either. He just needs to cut down on the dribbling exhibition.

The Blazers have won more than the Vegas odds every year under Stotts. You do not win against the house for 9 years consecutively if you are not doing something right - it is statistically nearly impossible.

it does not mean that Billups will fail and I sure hope he does not, but the problem for Stotts was first and foremost a combination of roster and health - and unless this changes, even the best coaches of all time could not succeed as we have seen Popovich and Phil Jackson coached teams struggle when faced with these problems.

Kerr had absolutely no experience and took Warriors from out in first round to title in his first season.

Ended in Minny for now, so China next season. He probably regret his performance during Lillard's free throws.

He took a year off after the Bucks fired him before coming back to Dallas. I am certain he will do the same this time around, especially since he is still being paid, before deciding if he wants to work again...

this is really difficult to listen to. Good Lord, he's not a good interview at all. Monotonous, hardly any useful anecdotes, struggles to finish sentences. Baffling how he stuck that long as a head coach when he's such a poor orator-- you'd figure this is a big part of the job . And this host is not helping. Here's an exchange:

Q: "What is your favorite word?"
    A: "I don't have a favorite word."

    nails on a chalkboard...

His interviews with Dan Sheldon were generally pretty entertaining. I think he's just the kind of guy who needs to have a rapport with someone before he can really get going.
