I'd love to move to San Diego. But it's still super expensive. Vegas better value if I wanna get a cool house.
My whole thing about Vegas is a cool house and having a pool and having the type of weather it would be worth having. City would be kind of boring though. SoCal....just more things to do. House will be crap though.
