'Tampa Bay Buccaneers'Remember when that meant something? The dominance of the NFC... It ended. Lynch and Sapp left, and their offense has basically been completely redone. Will they start to get better soon? Why?
I think they will but its going to be tough to get by the Falcons and Panthers in this division. Cadillac Williams did really well his first game and the defense looked sensational. They forced Culpepper to 0 td's and 3 int's. Amazing for a quarterback who can throw it while on the run or in the pocket and with the weapons he has. He can go downfield to those speedy receivers but the defense did a great job.
Griese has never been a "bad" QB (in other words: he could easily bring a team to the playoffs)Cadillac looks like he's made a good transition from college to NFL, could end up looking like Portis did his rookie year in the sense that he goes straight to the NFL and plays amazinglyClayton- get that ball in his hands and ull see some points flash up on the boardAlstott- dont forget this guy can take some handoffs and do some damageLB's look good, D-Line is still good, Safteys - not really feelin them, CBs Ronde Barber is still goodThis team has no REAL problems at all, in fact they are pretty well put together, they could go to the playoffs this year
jhair has some good points.. excepty o-line should be a problem.. but the first 2 games.. especialy the 2nd game.. they are opening holes for caddy and he's bursting right through them.. the deffence had bills on lock.. it was amazing to watch... 2-0 babi
4-1,we have looked good apart from the last game vs the Jets and old man Vinny.Hopefully Tampa can bounce back against the Dolphins.

Brian Griese is replaceable, they don't ask their QB to do all that much in Tampa. Just handoff to Cadilac or Pittman and "Manage" the Game. Kind've like the role Big Ben fits perfectly in for Pittsburgh, they are a more run orientated team and they can honestly rely on their defense to make plays for them when needed. Defensive scoring is up this year I believe and one of the best teams in the turnover differential is The Bucs so don't underestimate what they can do.
