Shaboid suggested it was 82 + an average of the number of pre-season and playoff games. That's the best guess I've seen I'm really curious about how "principled" Kyrie is at 380K a pop
Maybe the CBA specified 1/91 as the missed game fine amount, so players get paid some for practice and pre/post season.
I know it's only preseason, but I'm happy to see him doing well. Lead OKC in points, rebounds, and would've lead them in assists if his teammates had've made a couple more shots.
Not sure what the Nets were expecting. This is the dude who believed the earth is flat. Apparently the Nets never heard the saying, "never stick your dick in crazy."
2 problems. First, Kyrie said he would retire before going to Philly. Second, KD apparently blew a gasket when he heard about the idea. Potential 3rd problem. Is Morey that desperate? IMHO, Kyrie is on the short list for most over-rated player in the league!
Houston fans hoping for Nets implosion. They own Brooklyn’s unprotected picks for the next several years.
People seem to forget that a year or two ago Boston were considered lucky to have offloaded Kyrie's contract. Has he done much to burnish his image since then? Granted, he's unbelievably talented (has one of the all-time handles and can get a bucket any time he wants) but is fragile as Mr. Glass and just as thin-skinned. No way in hell Morey agrees to that (even if Embiid might be intrigued). Plus KD has already shot it down.
Wow - only as recently as the beginning of last season, Doumbouya was seen as part of Detroit's young core. I heard rumors that he's actually a lot older than he claimed? But they say that of every African player, it seems.
