    Yeah he should talk about the lack of athleticism and size on the roster that makes the rotations he's asking for impossible. He should talk about how the two "best" players don't feed off of each other at all. He should talk about it being a problem with the roster but that would get him fired so he'll keep asking for better effort because even though those other things are a big problem the defense looked flatfooted tonight and the offense wasn't moving the ball well.

    Oddly enough I'm saying we can't pin this on Chauncey. Probably the last truly great game Dame played was in the run-up to the playoffs.

    Olshey's inability to evaluate talent is again high-lighted. The team wasn't wrong to dump Stotts - they were idiots for keeping Olshey.

    I think you might be right on this. Maybe do a couple "Rest Games" timed where he gets a week off? I could see that being something that might help?

    Actually it was in the Playoffs. Don't you remember him pushing the team to 2 OT's in Game 5? If that was not a great game I don't know what to tell you?
