Ok ok, let me call the operator and get Dame’s number. I will give him a pep talk, you know stay in school, keep reaching for the stars, that sort of thing. Should do the trick; worked with 10s of teens before.

I would much prefer they made it up to Dame, not Dame throw it back in their face!

It could get ugly in Cleveland on Wednesday. The Cavs have been playing well. They just beat the Hornets on the road. Their starting lineup features 3 7 footers.

On top of the fact that Xfinity can't figure out what the heck channel the Blazer game is on for people in Vancouver, this game is EXACTLY why I didn't pay a ridiculous amount for crap cable to watch this nonsense.

Oh crap....it got worse after looking at the box score.

    Dame/CJ: 15-40 for 40 points.
    Norm/Ant: 14-24 for 39 points.

What a chasm....and what selfishness by players not hitting to not get shots for the players that are making shots.

When you typed this, did you TRULY think we were going to win? Do you think we actually have talent on this roster to win? You sir, are going to have a LONG, disappointing season it you EVER claim this team has “no excuse to lose” ANY game this season.

    No Embiid
    No Simmons
    No Harris
    ....no excuses. Period.

If they lose, there there are major issues at the top of the roster.....which many of us have been saying for years.

Changes in this team looked great at times this season. It is not easy for Billlups to play without Lillard as it surely wasn't what he expected from him.
Now we got Blevins as our main star, so we losing games.
We know that CJ can go hero mode against his coach at times and now is the time.
Obviously huge part is on Lillard, but for fucks sake, trade CJ already before this team fall apart to the point that Ramsey couldn't save.

I was the one who said Blazers should wait till deadline with CJ trade so I am obviously in panic mode.
All those games were winnable with Lillard on his normal level. Last seasons, to win games by one point, he had to go for 40. We are in good place but one engine is gone.
At this point I am sure this is HCP's curse to keep this team at his magical 41-41.
Let it go HCP. Just let Damian play.

Kinda hard for those guys to get the other two shots when everyone's standing around and we're running rat ball. Creates a situation where everything has to be done through self creation.

Depressing that I feel so much more excited to see Ant shoot than Dame.

I don't know what the deal is with Dame. Maybe it was the busy off-season with the Olympics and Space Jam. Maybe it's the offense/defense. Maybe it's the new officiating. Maybe it's an injury he isn't discussing.

But even if he's not injured, he should take a couple of weeks off to just straighten whatever it is out.

I did forget that. But I do remember that the one game we beat them comfortably, Dame shot like shit and had like 10 points.
