Now creating those teams would be a good all star format to see what would happen. There would be tremendous bragging rights for the team that wins it all. Might actually see who really has the super star goods.
Since only five players on a team play 6 minute quarters and longer rest between quarters. They would only be playing 24 minutes probably less than a regular season game. Draw straws to see who plays the first game and have single elimination. Could have a forth team of wannabes who are good players with something to prove to their anointed all star players who get all the money and fame.
