    • This is the first of four meeting between the Blazers and Nuggets this season. They will play again November 23rd in Portland, January 13th in Denver, and February 27th back in Portland.
    • The Nuggets won the 2020-21 season series 2-1.
    • The Blazers were defeated by the Nuggets last postseason 4-1 in the first round of the playoffs.
    • Will Barton was drafted by the Trail Blazers in 2012 with the 40th pick. He played for three seasons in Portland from 2012-2015
    • Jusuf Nurkic started his NBA career with Denver after being drafted and traded by the Bulls. He played in Denver from 2014-17.

    The Blazers lost to the Nuggets 147 - 140 in 2 OT in game 4 of their western Conference 1stvrnd matchup despite 55 points from Lillard. He was the 2nd leading scorers of that game for Portland with 19 pts and 11 rebounds.

    this is great opportunity to see how the blazers look with powell at the two and actual wing with the starting unit

    ideally, wed play with dame and w/o cj mccollum, but this could give some insight too

    i dont think ant will start, we need his scoring off the bench, but maybe smith jr starts the game, although not likely

    I've watched the NBA or decades. From that I can confidently say that several times a year when teams are missing their best player, and leader, in a road game, it's actually pretty common those teams get wins. Other players step up while the opposing players relax and expect easy sailing

    Yes. We won in Philly last year with Elleby leading the way on both ends of the court when Dame sat out.
