When Neil Olshey said this summer that if Dame needs to hold my feet to the fire he should.....it has been rumored after he was fired he left in a wheelchair with 3rd degree burns to his feet!
Did the press conference make it seem like Cronin is the person to make moves soon, or are they going to wait until they hire a permanent gm?
He suggested he has as much power as any other GM does. Also interesting that Haskins mentioned there was no real timeline in hiring a permanent GM, and one of the reasons was Cronin. Seems he's gonna get a fair shake.
Cronin has the green light to get to the 1 yard line with a trade snd just requires ownership to sign off. But he can engage all they way through to the sign off.
Feels like Billups is gonna be involved with whatever moves they make. Remember, at least one team was willing to offer him their GM job. Good asset to have, and I get the sense Cronin is a lot more open to the idea of collaboration than Olshey was.
I like that Joe's first call was to Indiana with Chad Buchanon...they have two guys on the block that would look great in Blazer jersey's in Sabonis and Turner
I'd settle for an overdone crispy wing from Chicago....they have too many wings...love me some wings!
Nah, more like Americanized knockoffs of great foreign players. I for one look forward to signing Dan Symmens.
