Most drummers use both hands except that guy from REO Speedwagon that lost an arm. The snare is the most used drum in a kit and it's usually on the left side of the kick drum...doesn't make you right or left handed....you hit it with both sticks. In all my years of playing I knew one drummer who put the snare on the right hand side of a kit and he was left handed... @HomerLovesKoolAid is the forum master drummer....see what he says about left or right handed drummers
