That's the John Roberts' philosophy of jurisprudence: Why establish precedent to accomplish something the wind handles naturally?
They'll just pull a Trump and never pay their bill. Besides, such a bill is illegal in the first place and there is no second place. No, it's up to Trump to put up or shut up about Mexico somehow miraculously paying for something as galactically stupid as a Wall that won't even stand up to a breezy day.
So far Trump has completed about 3 miles of new Wall. However, some of his Wall blew down on a breezy day so the net increase is less than 3 and might even be negative.
First of all, it's not 300 miles by any reckoning. Technically, 194 miles have been built, but the vast majority of it is replacement fencing...in other words, it's fencing that replaced already existing fences. The new fencing only comprises 16 miles as of May. On December 17, 2019, acting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Mark Morgan stated that 93 miles of barriers had been built during the Trump administration; according to CBP, at least 90 miles of that replaced existing structures.[13] By May 2020, only 16 miles out of 194 miles of wall constructed under the Trump administration was not replacement fencing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_wall
Nope, you are talking about many many miles of rebuilt Wall or a second Wall in places that now have a double Wall. I can document my claim. Can you document your claim? It's your assertion so go ahead, show us your credible link backing up your fictitious claim.
Us tax payers already paid for it! What are they going to do with it? That's the question I want answered now.
