If people are reluctant to include Little in a big trade we wont get a player that can help Dame.

Blazers can't build off their two game winning streak and lose in New Orleans tonight. Dame with a big game but it's not enough. Come chat about it with us!

I want every player not named Dame available in order to get a real impact player and players that compliment Dame and work in Chauncey's system. So I will be pissed if CJ, RoCo and Nurk are on the team after the deadline. I will also be pissed if a few other players aren't moved as well because that will mean too much of the same thing. I would be just fine if every dude on this roster not named Damian Lillard was on a different team on February 11th. We don't want any continuity of what this team has shown.

I really could be cool with a team like the one we saw on the offensive side of the ball tonight where Dame is over 50% of the offense. That team just has to be absolutely lock down on the other end of the court.

LOL at Dame getting ejected...was it by the official who T'd him up he first time? I missed it. I turned the channel with 10 seconds left. Dame got bumped real hard on a couple of his drives and one time it was about 20 seconds before his T, and right in front of the official who gave him the T

Blazer bench got outscored by 25

this is the roster that Olshey-vision claimed was his best. That asshat should not have been allowed to rinse-repeat his same stupid fucking roster formula again. Portlnd has 6 guys under 6'4 on the roster. That lack of length was painfully obvious tonight

and for fuck sakes...can the Blazers ever figure out that giving up wide open corner three's is a bad idea?

Well. I don’t know what to tell ya. Good to see Dame healthy and playing well lately but either get Dame help or tank. I don’t know what the hell you guys are rooting for anymore.

Can’t be pulling this type of shit and then get stuck in NBA purgatory.

and @SlyPokerDog get me off probation! Miss ya…

Our starters can't get a stop, the combination of Norman Powell with fat slow Jusuf Nurkic under the basket need to at least be moved to the bench.
If the coach would make a simple point: if you're not playing defense you're not playing, then we start winning.

All joking aside it is very disappointing.

Granted no CJ right now, but that visible decrease in quality play is still pretty glaring in some of these losses.

Used to be where if we were down 10 going into the 4th you are still feeling pretty good. Or even down 6 with 4 minutes. Now it’s like, can we keep them from increasing their lead in that time?

I looked at the schedule for the first 40 games. And at this 26 game stretch were they have 19 home games and 7 road game. And I figured they'd be around 24-15, give or take a game or two.

Now I'm looking at it and thinking they will be around 16-24 after 40 games. Am I being too pessimistic?

Personally, I didn't think that was a bad performance as much as a horrible shooting performance and a missed opportunity. The Blazers got both their bigs in foul trouble early, got good shots, forced them into difficult shots ... but let them hang around because we couldn't make wide-open jumpers or layups or free throws. Then, our defense lost its poise for a couple of possessions and we were playing uphill the rest of the way.

This was one of those weird games where Nurk's numbers look good but if you watched him play it was pretty uneven and disengaged. He wasn't just missing FTs, he was missing them badly, he took one bad jumper that he missed badly and he missed a layup or two. Also didn't really rebound well.

Until Ant gets confidence in his handle and the mentality to attack the hoop, he's going to become easier and easier to defend. The book is out on him. Stay on his right hand, keep him in front of you, he's avoiding contact and he'll settle for a tough jumper. He's no threat to drive or to pass. Just wastes the shot clock dribbling around the perimeter. This is OK if you are such a gifted shooter that you aren't going 0-for-7 off the bench in a half. He needs to get to the line when his jumper isn't working because his only tool is scoring.

HCP was wrong again. We ain’t going 41-41. I may stop watching. Can’t get excited about needing a long winning streak late in season to make the play-in. I’m out til Simmons is in.

What is Cronin/front office doing? The time is ticking fast on this season. Either you sign a big to help immediately or you need to make trades fast. Marquese Chriss was available, Ersan Ilyasova was available, Boogie Cousins was available. All guys that are taller than 6’9”. There is a tipping point to the season where it will be too late to make a run and would be better off to tank and just keep the lottery pick.
