    • He went 103-32-7 in 10 seasons as Raiders head coach. I’m not good at math, but averaging 10 wins a year would get you a lot of money in today’s NFL.
    • He never had a losing season.
    • He won one Super Bowl and went to six AFC title games in his 10 seasons. He also reached the AFL Championship Game in his first season, before the merger.
    • He has the highest winning percentage among coaches with over 100 wins. He's in the Hall of Fame as a coach.
