I keep seeing anti-vaxxers and the like accusing the other side of manufacturing hysteria and fear-mongering and then keep seeing shit like this... Oh the government wants to track us, we're losing our freedoms, this is just like the rise of the Nazi party... All over a health-care system that provides you a free vaccine for Covid... talk about fear-mongering.

Sorry, but no. Obesity is a much more complicated problem that our government and current Healthcare system contribute to rather than trying to solve.

Our government and Healthcare system have the solution for Covid-19. It takes a total of less than one hour over 7 months and is completely free.

When government gets that serious about solving obesity it will no longer be a problem.

Nope. The places where obese people can cause problems for the public are places where the extra weight is an issue for people that also use that function - like amusement park rides, small plane rides etc... - and there are limits for weight over there.

If you want to show equivalency of treatment - user a correct one and you will realize that the same issues you unfairly rail against are already dealt with using the same kinds of "freedom restricting" laws - which means this argument is quite frankly, nonsense.

Also, some people, like crandc seem to assume that holocaust happend on some Tuesday night, while it actually took years of small steps that society agreed for, cos they where carefully maneged.
