Yes I was loving it when we got Terrell and I will take all the blows. - Lets just say David Terrell has been a huge dissapointment on the Pats and could be cut tonight or tomr.- A week before the draft the Pats signed Terrell and just like that he was the 3rd WR and we didn't need to draft a WR.- April 24th the biggest holiday for me what I study all year and the Pats make good picks but PASS on players like Jerome Mathis, J.R Russell and Brandon Jones. THanks Terrell- Okay in July the Pats start camp, Terrell's first observations was that he can't catch or run routes. But, that fine :25: Terrell then missed a couple weeks of camp due to a injury? Oh ya then droped a WIDE OPEN pass against the Packers and ran back to huddle SMILING.- Lets got back to April according to Michael Feger a Pats GURU said there was a trade with the Pats and Ravens for pick 22 so the Pats could get Clayton but the Pats pulled out at the last second because they have TERRELL- So we end up right here. No drafted WR and David Terrell probably getting cut but IF Terrell does stay he is still not that 3rd WR they need. Maybe that's why Peerless Price came down to New England this week.Thanks a lot Terrell
Re: Terrell screwed everything up! He's basically saying David Terrell ruined the Pats receiver core. They thought he was going to be successful because Brady threw to him in college. However, they just wasted chances on him, when they could of got one of the Very successful rookie recievers.

I think that's pretty much how it's going to end up for the Patriots. And about the Brown/Dwight, I'd have my bet on Dwight. He's been pretty productive this preseason. He leads the Patriots in receiving yards for the preseason. And a person you didn't mention, Brandon Childress, I think he'll make the cut too. He tied the lead for receptions in the preseason for them. Another thing, both Dwight and Childress play special teams. They both are pretty good at punt returning, especially Dwight, and Childress is a good kickoff returner as well.

I see him sitting in there a season. Troy Brown is also a punt returner, so its not like he has no exeriance returning either, plus he can play emergency defense, and most importantly he knows the system. Thats why my money is on Troy Brown.

V?n0m hit their predicted recieveing core on the button IMO. Watch out for Branch this year, he's going to make some noise!

Also, it doesn't hurt to have 6 or 7 receivers on your team if you like them all, and they are all productive. You can just get rid of some more of another position, and on the defense, their positions are stacked.

A few of them are going to have to go. Most teams only carry 5 and a few carry 6 recievers.
Re: Terrell screwed everything up! You can, and it has been done. It just depends on if you have a extra 1 or 2 people you can release from another position. Then to use them, you have the 5 wide receiver plays. Then Brown can play defense. Most of them can play special teams, tackling and returning. It's possible, but not that likely, I'm just saying.

The Pats will sign Peerless Price and cut David Terrell and Bethel Johnson. There WR depth chart would then look like1. Branch2. Givens3. Price4. Davis5. Brown6. Dwight7. Sam
