Apparently only a handful of states agree with me, I only got to Kansas before I stopped but only two of those states I reviewed dont have similar requirements. I was a licensed engineer in the state of Oregon while a resident of Washington and a licensed engineer in the state of Washington while a resident of Oregon. I know this holds true for doctors and lawyers so it probably holds true for everything except your driver's license.
