Westbrook not playing in crunch OT.
LeBron don’t want to have to ask for the ball.

Damn. Taking Westbrook out was Lakers key to winning. Knicks win in OT if Westbrook stays in.

Yeah, I actually don't think that Westbrook is washed I just think he has to have no concern for any of his teammates on offense, only seeing them as easy assists or screeners, in order to contribute to winning... that cannot win at a high level and you don't just ignore LeBron and AD. That being said, the game tonight should have been a revelation for the Lakers.

They need to turn the reins of the bench over to Russ and give LeBron and AD more rest. Let Russ do his thing like 18-20 minutes a game and let LeBron and AD sit during that time. Always play LeBron and AD together and never play them with Russ again. If they do that and Russ kills it off the bench maybe the Lakers can trade him in the off season but I guarantee their winning percentage would go up if they did this.

I hope they don't do it but if they did just start Horten-Tucker instead of Russ. Then play Russ a lot with Ariza and Howard subbing in for LeBron and AD. They would have a pretty good bench and have the team they finished with tonight as starters.

Problem is, Russ’ “thing” is shooting 1/12, turning the ball over 6 times, and bricking free throws. He’s not gonna help you as starter or sub. He’s an awful player. If they flat out cut him, they’d be much better and would probably go on a run. But none of this is news. We all knew this would happen the day the trade was made.

The Pacers got a bit more value for LeVert than we got for Powell & Roco. Not an amazing deal though for them.

    Basically they got a 1st and a 2nd

We got Keon and a 2nd

They got more for less imo

If we woulda got a lottery protected 1st in the deal exactly how it is now I wouldn’t be complaining.

What does this mean for CJs value. Is asking for Hayes/Hart/Expiring/Top 5 protected 1st too much?

Wow...Doncic just picked up his 5th foul less than a minute into the first half against Atlanta. Coach gambled by leaving him in after he picked up his 3rd midway through the 2nd quarter, and now it's biting him.

Atlanta has closed to 1 in the time it took me to make this post.

And now Brunson picks up his 5th halfway through the 3rd.

Mavs are holding their lead, but it's gonna be tough

And now Trey Burke gets his 5th at the start of the 4th. Could the Mavs foul out 3 PGs in one game? And still win?

The Brooklyn Nets, the most hyped team of the off season, has fallen into the play-in and I love it. Kyrie has let his team down all year and now he can't carry them when they need him most. I hope they don't make the playoffs. Anyone know why Harden was DNP-CD?

Celtics play Nets next. If Celtics win, Nets fall to 8th.

I’m not watching the Clippers game… I can’t believe we gave up Norm and RoCo for a bag of popcorn

I don't know the Cleveland pick will be late in the first round but the Houston second rounder will be like the third pick in the second round... basically another late first. Also they got total cap relief with Rubio's expiring being the only thing coming back.

Kawhi is so damn weird. I would love to have him on our team but he's just so strange.

Clippers/Bucks finals would be a Blazer reunion.
