    Here's my week 3 predictions. Last week I did pretty good with a 11-4 record.Atlanta at Buffalo - 14-7Carolina at Miami - 27-10Cincinnati at Chicago - 35-14Cleveland at Indianapolis - 28-3Jacksonville at N.Y. Jets - 17-7New Orleans at Minnesota - 21-20Upset of the Week: Oakland at Philadelphia 24-21Tampa Bay at Green Bay - 14-7Tennessee at St. Louis - 21-17Arizona at Seattle - 14-7Dallas at San Francisco - 21-7 Game of the Week: New England at Pittsburgh - 14-10N.Y. Giants at San Diego - 17-7Kansas City at Denver 14-7
