Sold I can definitely see. Moved, doubt it. Blazers sell plenty tickets and have a solid, supportive fanbase. It’s not like Seattle which has every other sport dividing it’s resources. If the NBA wants to move to Vegas or Seattle there are much less profitable teams like the Pistons, Wolves and Pelicans. Blazers are valued as the 13th most valued franchise. Not great, but solidly in the profit zone.
