Looks like Nurk and Ant will get big paydays and the team will ~basically be the same as this season!! Sub out CJ for Ant and it's the same goddamn team.

This NBA Today show sucks. It's just been a Harden/Simmons show. And less not forgot, Malika " Laker Fan Girl" Andrews interruption to try to get a "Can't do shit" Laker , hopeful deal, segment in there.

I get it, but when was the last time we had a coach that is well respected by players around the league and a new GM? Why do you want to pull the trigger now on Dame without at least seeing what happens in off season?
So that s cool you want to move Dame, I want to wait and see.

Yes I'm sure Didi Louzada and whoever we pick with our 2025 second rounder will be full of praise for Dame.

because “cap space” is a plan built on wishful thinking.

When is the last time we were able to use cap space to bring a star to Portland?

    Saying this for years
I think the Sixers-Nets deal has a pretty high probability of blowing up in both teams' faces.

Sixers gave up a lot, and I'm trying to recall the last time Harden made good players around him better. They still have some useful pieces and on a given night they might look tremendous, but I think there's a big deficiency in leadership on that team.

The Nets probably have the best lineup to compete with the Bucks, but you're adding Simmons to an already dysfunctional group of stars.

I don't think either of these teams is better than the Bucks team that I saw on this West Coast swing the last week. That's a strong team mentally with the best player in the NBA right now. Their second and third stars aren't great, but they are solid and they're winners. The rest of the team was beautifully constructed around them, and Portis looks like he's found a gear no one realized he had before.

And if the Sixers and Nets don't at least get to the finals, those fanbases are going to explode.
