Did any of you actually read what the case was about? Do you really believe that there should be personalized targeted marketing to teenagers? They sent Adam emails telling him he wasn't a man, but you know what could make him a man? THIS GUN! BUY THIS GUN AND YOU WILL BE MAN! And yes, there is a problem with video games. When we played them there was the BFG! Now gun manufacturers pay to have specific guns featured in games. I would put this on a similar level as cigarette and booze manufacturers doing this. Should a character get extra hit points if they smoke a Marlboro or chug a Coors Light? So kids are being targeted via email and it's being reinforced in games. While most kids this really won't make that much of a difference these are messages that don't need to be put out there.
I will be sure to use the defense in court that the video game made me steal that super expensive car because they targeted me with marketing. Damn video games!
Telling the weird loner kid that all of his problems will be solved by buying a specific weapon isn't the smartest idea. BTW the Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeal of this case.
“45K People Died from Gun Violence on Your Watch”: Parkland Survivors Demand More Action from Biden. This is simply insane.
I’ve seen plenty of anti gun propaganda and they like to skew their numbers. I have heard all the reasons to get rid of guns. Summarize for me.

Is it bolt action? Mine was bolt action back in the 50s which is what every kid I knew that had a .22 shot back then.
Probably not. But they've been semiautomatic for that long as well... And many kids used them. We had a bolt action and a semi-auto when I was a kid. And they've always held 13 rounds as well. The bolt action was nice to conserve ammunition, otherwise it's pretty much the same.
I grew up with this bad boy But funny enough, it can be modded What's funny to me though is that it's the same gun. It shoots the same rounds. It's no more deadly. It just looks scarier.
Long among the most popular .22 rifles (or rifles in general), the Marlin Model 60 (semiautomatic) actually had an 18 round capacity until 1968, when capacity was reduced to 14 rounds.
