Check this out: with the Blazers up by 5 with 44 seconds left in regulation, the Grizzlies are inbounding the ball from the left sideline. Desmond Bane gets away from Josh Hart and runs behind CJ Elleby to the left corner to receive the ball. Elleby can't immediately switch to cover Bane because Brandon Clarke is pulling on his jersey, so Josh Hart shoves Elleby hard, and Elleby goes flying in front of Bane. Bane misses the shot. Then Hart runs over to the hoop and grabs the rebound away from Brandon Clarke. Of course he does. What a game this was.
Hart and Winslow are the junkyard dogs the Blazers have been needing since Matthews. Little is similar but is made of glass
As much as I like Little its hard for me to consider him as a core piece of the future with his injury history. I want him to be but wouldn’t be opposed to adding him to a deal for someone more reliable.
What's funny about this comment is that you just need to look at Winslows career to know that he has a much better earned reputation for being made of glass than Nas has.
All in all, Hart and Winslow are better on this team than we ever thought. They are """"""Anti-Tank weapons"""""".
This is an awesome photo. Hart's eyes are closed. Look at his teammates, one to the left, and one under the hoop. He got fouled, hope he got a Ja-whistle on that one.
The stats for Josh Hart's first 3 games with the Blazers are crazy. His field goal shooting percentages not sustainable. Except, look at his shot attempts per game. 4 more shots per game than this season with New Orleans, which was his highest average of his career. I did not know that he averaged only 9.4 shots per game in New Orleans. 13.3 shots per game is sustainable. Playing 36 minutes is sustainable. It will be interesting to see where his shooting percentages go the rest of the season. His shot selection is excellent. Mostly at the hoop or open 3-point attempts.
