Somehow I feel the only acceptable response for you would be for Biden to outlaw abortion and restrict transgender rights. Maybe enact a complete theocracy also.

 

I do understand the complexity. Basically saying, though, "We're laying down sanctions and will check back in a month or so to see how those are working" appears very soft/ineffective. However, NATO will convene tomorrow, so let's see how everyone lines up.
