I'm sorry, but if sanctioning Russian fuel will have an impact on them and their war effort, the impact on gas prices at home should be the least of the concerns.

i have a healthy dose of skepticism of this video on multiple levels (the russians' stories, the ukrainian general coercing them to say this stuff, etc etc) but this is very sad.
