Close game, but a win is a win. Brady had his best game of his life in my mind.. even though he threw a INT (which wasn't his fault). The Pats finally got the 2 tight ends into the action (Daniel Graham, Ben Watson). Also Bethel Johnson finally woke up and got a nice touchdown. Great game and hopefully this is going to continue in Denver and back home against the Colts.
A game against a backup QB and a busted down secondary doesn't count for a good game.Brady's best game was his first superbowl win. Period.
Doesn't count for a good game? Did the Pats win? Schaub did better then anyone thought, it was the Falcons defense that blew it for them. And the Falcons should have capatalized more against the Pats defense that has Brushi, Seymour, Harrison, Gay, Poole, Scott missing.

Teams should constantly be blowing by with this depleted secondary, but all in all, it was the 2 most clutch guys (at their positions) in the league doing it again. Tom Brady does the dirty work and Vinateri finishes it off. Unbelievable. Simply Unbelievable.
I think the Pats ahve to be a bit concerned. Last year, being up on a team by that much, the pats would of closed it out. They let the Falcons come back with Michael Vick out, even though Shaub (is that his name) played a solid game. Pats should be a little worried, but a win is a win
Why does everyone keep talking about teams capitalizing on the Patriots... They are the Patriots, a few injuries isn't going to change much. They still have all their 4 starting linebackers, and have a lot of good corners to make up for the injuries. And Eugene Wilson is a young up and coming star. A few injuries isn't going to stop them. Another great game by the Pats.
They don't have their 4 starting linebackers because Bruschi is out. Next, a few injuries isn't going to change much?? We're talking about Rodney Harrison arguably the best Safety in the NFL. He's out and he definitely makes a difference buddy. Schaub throws for 3 TD and no INT's and your saying that the corners that are out don't make a difference?? Wow, you need to reconsider your argument.
