Neighborhood Starbucks took down the plexiglass between them and the customers and all the seating is back open.

Calls Grow for Medicare for All; Uninsured & Communities of Color Hurt Most by End of COVID-19 Funds.

To end Covid-19 funds, seems like another racist act to me.

And this is why I always wear a mask when I leave the house, even being vaxxed and boosted myself.

It's just stupid. Refusal to move to universal Healthcare in general is stupid.

It's not racist as much as it's elitist, IMO. Now, certain races are hit harder by elitism due historic racism, but the elites don't care about that. Mostly it's the poor and confused who are consumed with the racial argument.

Race is another wedge issue the elites use to keep us pre-occupied, IMO.

If you are talking about pitting one race against another, when it comes to elites, I agree. But, when our government knows which race(s) will be affected the most, and yet they still implement the policy. It is that knowledge that makes it a racist act. And that is why, in this case, I see it as racist.

Our governments domestic and foreign policies are clearly racist. And corporations are extremely racist. Our government was founded by slave owners, and that racism is still prevalent in congress and their policies, even to this day.

Our government is owned, completely, by the elites. I get what you're saying, but there is no solution to the overall problem without getting far more control of our government back from the elites.

Any wedge issue that can be used against us will be used. Including race.

The policy still is racist. But I do get it.

Of course. That is literally the top priority. Without wrestling control of our congress away from the elites, nothing is possible at all. And none of the online debate about politics matters in the slightest as they get us nowhere. I understand that myself. It is actually top of my list when it comes to arguing politics, rule number 1: both parties are owned. This is why I can't believe either side when they defend their candidate/party. When you already see the top problem, the rest of the problems would simply (mostly) vanish without our congress being owned by our elites.

Agreed. This is why nearly every political discussion I enter into circles back to the basic tenents of increased access to healthcare, education, safety net and improved police and judicial system.

If the person running doesn't support all of that they are a part of the corrupt system, or are ignorant enough that they soon will be, and they need flushed out.
