Rough stretch for Igor. He needs to get himself right.

It’s not Igor fucking Nemeth cost us 2 goals vs the Islanders so he benches Schneider that’s why this coach keeps getting fired

So they're basically treating these games as pre-season games. Waste of time.

That first one Shest probably should've had, but the defense hasn't been very crisp in the last few games.

Hope Shest can hang on in the Vezina race, but the team seems to be in coast mode. Less shots per game since the trades but still too many breakdowns.

Apparently our coach didn’t learn his lesson from the last time he sat Schneider down

I had a feeling we'd see Braun/Nemeth once or twice before the playoffs. I think they want Schneider to really be 100% going in. Not that he's worn out now but he's still in his first half year.

They now haven't scored in five periods. Maybe that's the problem.

IGOR HAS to stop that first one. That was an awful goal to give up!

Igor has stopped enough this year. It's time Gallant stops with his retard moves. He needs to put Lafreniere on the first PP unit. Back on one of the top two lines. He needs to stop scratching Schneider. It's just fucking stupid. Vets like Nemeth screw up and he benches the kids. Not good coaching.

The coach is trying to win. We have the # 2 PP in the NHL, why would he make a change there, just to make Lafreniere feel better? And if the answer is his growth and future, again the coach is trying to win. Of course he wants to help Lafreniere improve, but that doesn't mean he has to be on PP#1. Who has the most even strength goals for this team the past two seasons - yes that's right Lafreniere. So yeah, he's just fine.

Also, who drops to the 3rd line for Lafreniere to be in the top 6? Everyone has said he is more comfortable at LW, so you dropping Kreider or Panarin to accommodate Lafreniere in the top 6?

The one miss Drury had at the trade deadline IMO was a LD. Braun was a good add, but they should have targeted the lefty version of Braun, not the righty version.

People forget that this team is well above where anyone expected them to be this season. Kakko and Rooney should be back next week that should gives them some more depth for the final part of the season.
