Background's a bit plain. And the N looks bad by itself. I suggest maybe an "NY"?

 

the NY is there....i just showed the N though, you can kinda see the Y on his left (when you look at the sig though, all the way to the left)

The first one was still tight, but I should've told you to change the font that was red lol on the name Plaxico, that is the part that i didnt like much. But it is still good bro.

 

Simple, yet effective. I like it, 9/10

For some reason I couldn't see v2. Now I can, it looks much better even though 1 was great.
