Too damn lazy to look up the weather report for New York, but how long is this rain supposed to last?

Really need to get a win tonight...otherwise, going 3-4 at home to start the season is unacceptable.

What do you know, Tyler Wade was the third out of a triple play by Anaheim.
Wade was the runner on second, and with a runner on first. A ground ball was hit to the TX SS, the shortstop turned a double play, 2nd to 1st, while Wade attempted to make it home from second base, on the routine ground ball double play... make it a triple play!

    Good riddance to Wade!

Sure wish Donaldson could be sent back to Minnesota.

This team is severely lacking offensively. Catcher, LF and CF do t hit at all. SS stinks, and gleyber has been in a coma for awhile. Bang up job as usual TRASHMAN. How he keeps his job is one of the great mysteries on life

Strange four game split with three shutouts. Glad Sevy looked dominate.

A typical 3 walk outing by ChappedAss.

    Trevino hitting .500

Gio got a shitty deal and Donaldson shouldn't be playing in NY/NY.

    Lucky game in many ways.
Wish Hal would sell the team...

Between Britton and Chapman, nearly $30 Mil will be coming off the books after this year, thank goodness...maybe then, they can extend Judge.

Yeah, maybe. Unless cashman continues with his brain dead press conferences broadcasting what the yanks are offering unnecessarily. All he did was antagonize the situation with our best all around player

Yup, he also pissed off Jeter several years ago by telling him that "maybe he should test the market".

I just don't understand the "bromance" between Hal and Cashman... I mean, how can anyone really view his tenure with the Yanx as a success ? Since 2000 the Yanx have won exactly 1, ONE, WS and that team was mainly propelled by players from the previous GM regime, not Cashman's. During the same period, Boston has won 4 WS Titles.

Sorry, but Cashman was early on, given a "blank check" to sign FAs and ever since that checkbook was throttled by the salary cap, his lack of ability has been exposed.
