Yep. The US just needs to be better. We need to stop supporting assholes like Biden. Sure he's less of an evil than Trump, but the fact that Trump was ever a legitimate presidential candidate (let alone president) is a disgrace.

    Frankly, Biden is disgraceful.

We need to be better. That we are so corrupt cheapens our calls for democracy.

Why is Biden so disgraceful? I don’t think he’s great, and wish he wasn’t the nominee in the first place. But a disgrace?

We will never be free of the stain of slavery, so we might as well bring it back. We will never be free of the stain from genocide against the native Americans, so we might as well finish the job. We will always be guilty of the mistreatment of innocent Japanese Americans by our ancestors, so we might as well exterminate or deport all of them too.

Or...we could learn from the mistakes of our ancestors and try to be better people. When you do something wrong, the people you hurt don't need your thoughts and prayers, and they don't need your sackcloth and ashes act. They need you to roll up your sleeves and try to fucking fix it!!!

He's actually pushing to drill more oil than Trump did. How many times did he talk about climate change during the State of the Union address?

    He barely mentioned it.

His history of supporting increased police state, and prison expansion, which has been horrible for American poor and minorities. He opposes decriminalization of Marijuana or even rescheduling it as less dangerous than narcotics.

He actually opposed Universal Healthcare in the primaries.

He's simply a bought and paid for politician. The only reason he has any progressive policy proposals is to appear different from Republicans. But he will set those aside as soon as he finds an excuse to line the pockets of his special interest overlords, like he always has.

He's an obvious phony. The same shit that lead us to Trump.

*Edit* And the biggest damage he has done is aligning with the DNC preventing us from getting an ACTUAL agent for potential change in Bernie Sanders.

It would be nice if we'd actually do that, rather than continuing the same old policies.

I like Bernie but he’s too old as well. Dont think the dems would allow him to win.
Id like someone younger that can bring the country together.

Of course, younger would be great. But our system will not allow that. For example, what younger individuals were more qualified and as trusted as Bernie Sanders?

Sanders could have helped change that system.

Biden was the willing tool (or useful idiot) the DNC used to prevent that kind of change.

    It's disgraceful.

Saw a frightening thought on a news program. If only 44,000 votes in three states had flipped, Trump would have won electoral college while losing popular vote by even bigger margin than 2016 ... and President Zelensky would be in a Russian prison or dead.

Google Maps Removes Blurring For Russia’s Military Sites

Google Maps made Russia’s strategic facilities visible to users Monday, revealing the details of the country’s military infrastructure.

Searches on Google Maps showed newly accessible images of military bases, intercontinental ballistic missiles launch pads, naval facilities and key command posts all across Russia.

“Now everyone can see [Russian military infrastructure] with a resolution of about 0.5 meters per pixel,” tweeted the Ukrainian armed forces.

Some of the newly-available images include the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier, a nuclear weapons store near Murmansk, submarines in the Far East peninsula of Kamchatka, and a military airbase in the Western city of Kursk, just 150 kilometers from the Russian-Ukrainian border.

The move comes amid strained relations between Russia and U.S. tech giant Google.

Google banned advertisements for Russian users following the Kremlin’s invasion of Ukraine, and Russian officials have accused Google-owned YouTube of stirring an “information war” after the video-hosting platform blocked Russian state media.

Satellite images of military facilities are traditionally blurred, or displayed in lower quality, by Google Maps to protect their classified status.
