I used to work at subway. I've seen some people unreasonably irate over their sandwich orders. Some newer employees not putting enough or too much of something...customers saying that's not enough meat, even though it's standard. I have had to step in and calm some people down. I have had other interesting encounters/moments as well. When I worked the night shift, I had someone come in, grab a bunch of chips off the rack, yell, "THESE ARE MINE" like an evil movie villain and run out the door into the night. I had guy who was cheating on his wife, came in every other night with his mistress and would talk openly about his goings on. I had a guy try to pull a change scam on me, asking for change in different ways, to try and trick me into giving him more money then he was giving me. It didn't work at all. I was always waiting to be robbed during the night shift. Thankfully, it never happened...other than the chips. I have had interesting sandwich orders like just mayonnaise on bread. But, hey to each their own.
