Then use the facilities to continue offering the package to the general public. Also, every bus in the country. And then make the busses free. Then make more of them. But he won't do any of that. Because he's not really interested in solving the problem...

I’m assuming no one here knows Joe Biden has a speech impediment? Obviously they don’t? If they did they would know he has worked his entire life to get through it. I’m hearing impaired. I say “What” a lot. Sometimes people confuse not hearing with being unintelligent. I can assure you some do this to people who with speech problems as well.
