I would say that's going to get struck down in the supreme court being that it's unconstitutional...but the SC judges in majority don't seem to care about constitutional rights.
The thing is, anonymous could dig up all the dirt they wanted on the conservative judges who are backing this, but it would probably just make the right love them more. Along with all these congress people, senators and other representatives on the right, you can't smear them...it just makes them stronger in the eyes of their constituents. You smear a Democrat and they are done because they actually have to adhere to moral standards (And I'm not saying all Dems are clean, just saying there is a different standard now between the parties).

Texas white supremacist governor Abbott has asked the court to overturn a previous 5-4 decision establishing children of undocumented immigrants have the right to attend public schools. He wants all those kids kicked out of school. Because they love children so much, right?
