Does anyone know how you can learn to make these, or what you need to be able to make them?

 

ok from what I understand, You need some kind of device that can transfer video that you record on your t.v. to your computer...I'm sure the less electronically challenged people out there know of some such device. A friend of mine use divx to cut the video and resize it....or you can use windows movie maker from what I understand...not sure how to loop them though....maybe an animation program? I have heard Ulead Gif Animator works well.....hope that helps some

I'll see if I can get it, I dunno if he uses AIM or not...I know him mostly from another forum..so I'll check with him.
