Only one thing to do. And it's win.

We will attack all game and not go into the god damn shell again with the lead. Next game is at the garden Wednesday night against Tampa!

Game 7s is a huge reason why we love the playoffs. One game to end one team's season. They have to come out attacking. If they fall behind we know the task will be almost impossible.

The team that scores first will win the game. I'll go with that.

BTW - such a tough task for the Rangers. Canes have been great at home, home teams in game 7 win a high % of the time, and the Rangers have been bad on the road in the playoffs - 1-5. Tough. Score first and I think they can do it though. Canes score first and it will be a long night IMO.

Reality is reality. The Rangers have a big hill to climb on many levels tonight. But it is just one game for it all now. So none of that matters except tonight. Play well, Kreider and Panarin show, score first and we can win.

Avoid the bad turnovers and get a forecheck going.

Worst case scenario, we keep our 1st and lose the 2nd rounder in the Copp deal if they don't win.

It's time to downgrade this hurricane to a simple rain storm...

And unlike some...I don't think if we give up the first goal it's time to turn the TV off...this team has a huge nutsac and continues to comeback from deficits...

    We will win tonight!
Igor will end it with an empty net goal.

The Canes will be throwing tons of pucks at the net from all spots. They are going to crowd the net with one and two players to look for dirty goals. Rangers have to be prepared to clear the crease, control rebounds and exit the defensive zone cleanly.

Love your passion Al. With that said, once again saying every game Rangers will win Rangers will win doesn't make you a better or worse fan. I know you think it does, but it doesn't. Good for you being a blind homer, no harm, I love it actually, but some choose to be realistic. Even Vali just said first goal is huge. It just is.

We score it and the Canes are on their heels, we can play our style, they will feel pressure. If they score it, they put game 6 behind them, it settles them in at home, and they can play their style. Plus this will be a low scoring game, so getting a lead matters more.

It is a big deal tonight. Of course the team that doesn't score first can still win the game, but the team that does score first has a good edge.

And hank said that this team has the confidence that they can come back to win if they did go down 1 nothing.

All about attitude..while some hold hope no matter the odds others look at the glass half empty and whoa is me shit.

I choose to keep the blood flowing especially qhen this team has shown time and time again that when their backs are against the wall they FIND A WAY TO WIN..

Or going down 3 games to 1 withultiple times two goal deficits hasn't told you to throw numbers out of the window.

Numbers are numbers for a reason. They tell a story. Nothing is 100%, so yeah comebacks happen. You play with fire too often and you will get burnt. Let's hope we don't get burnt tonight, and game 1 doesn't end up being the decider, as I was concerned about after that game.

Let's drop the puck and find out. I am hopeful I will say that.

Ferraro just led with the first goal being huge also.
