Turning on the TV to see FS1 saying that Zach Lavine and Bradley Beal are our top two targets to pair with Dame makes me want to vomit. Is a dumpster fire a dumpster fire before it catches on fire?
Nah, I think it's fair to say that at this point we're just a dumpster... we'll see if our organization sets fire to it next week, just leaves it a dumpster or starts cleaning shit up.
I'd rather hear that stars are coming to Portland than Dame is leaving Portland...you have to figure with cap space and roster spots we're going to be attached to every player that's on the move and that's just agents flushing out the league for takers. Making someone considering Beal jump before Portland does...even though Portland is probably not in the mix really
Funny we're at a point when fans are complaining about potentially getting all-stars. You can question the fit, but getting all-stars next to Dame is hardly vomit-inducing.
CJ would have been an all-star if he was in Beals position. Beal also qualifies for an injury red flag with the games he’s missed in his career.
I want nothing to do with Beal.... or LaVine. It's basically a slightly better iteration of Dame/CJ and we know how that turned out. I was not impressed AT ALL with Beal when they were doing the warmup games for the Olympics. He looked horrible. I'm not convinced he would actually work on a contender.
Except Beal was an all-star with an all-star John Wall. He's not as good as Beal. Either way, we need to focus on forwards unless the upgrade is super apparent. Ayton would qualify.

the Oregonian has sunk to new lows in the coverage. They are using speculation by a reporter/blogger as the basis for an article. Sports news division is dead
Hey, why are you trying to spoil our fantasies? Actually, didn't somebody post on here that Jake Fisher has been right on some stuff in the past? If we had somehow got that Pelicans pick, maybe there would have been a way to make this happen, but now?
I wasn't talking about Fisher's credibility (which seems to be solid), I was talking about the Oregonian becoming a clickbait parrot
