ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) -- Randy Moss was held out of practice Thursday for the second straight day, and Oakland's star receiver is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Kansas City. Moss' sore body is still recovering after a hard fall against San Diego on Oct. 16, when he bruised his ribs, strained a groin and bruised his pelvic area. He has played the past two games in a limited role, catching a 22-yard touchdown pass and making three receptions in the Raiders' victory over Buffalo on Oct. 23. He had three more catches for just 26 yards in a 34-25 win at Tennessee last Sunday. Moss will likely be limited again Sunday against the Chiefs. ``He didn't do anything today,'' coach Norv Turner said after practice Thursday. ``I thought he'd be better. Rod Martin, the trainer, thinks he's getting better. We just want to get him to the point where he can come out and run and not have a setback.'' Moss has 25 catches, third most on the team and 10 fewer than leader LaMont Jordan, for 535 yards this season and is averaging 21.4 yards per catch. He has a team-leading three TD receptions. Reggie Tongue, a safety signed to the 53-man roster Wednesday to help Oakland's injury-plagued secondary, looks forward to going up against Moss in practice once he's back on the field. ``I mean, in my opinion, there's guys like Randy and there's guys like Jerry (Porter) all across the league on different teams,'' Tongue said. ``But it's definitely a plus when you get to practice against guys of that caliber. I mean, they do nothing but make you better. Not every team has two guys like that, don't get me wrong. Most teams have one. They have a couple, so it's definitely a plus for me to be able to cover them, so I can get better that way.'' Also Thursday, Raiders left guard Langston Walker was resting at home after being released from an Oakland hospital Tuesday, one week after emergency surgery to repair a hemorrhage in his stomach. He probably won't play again this season, though the team isn't ruling out a return. Turner has said the 6-foot-8, 345-pound lineman will be sidelined a minimum of six weeks. Walker's teammates have been communicating with him daily via e-mail. ``It's a big step for him,'' Turner said of getting home. ``Just resting, and recovering. We try to keep touch. It's hard to get a hold of Langston. But I've talked to him a couple of times and Rod seems to think he's doing well.''
when I said play I meant like, play well, he hasn't done much this season, no big numbers or anything. I mean yeah he's injured, but I really think that since he left Minny he will never play at the same level, he just doesn't seem as determined anymore. I don't think going from Culpepper to Collins is the reason either, cuz look at Steve Smith and Santana Moss, doing well with the balls thrown to them by Delhomme and Brunell, who I wouldn't call "hot shot" quarterbacks
