I still just can't understand how incredibly corrupted the Republican party has become, it's to the point that it's such a house of cards that at some point this whole crazy thing has to collapse in on themselves, right?
Either they collapse as a party, or they take the whole fucking thing down with them. The country is in serious trouble.

Basically, we are at a constitutional crisis, and half the country only wants to talk about the economy instead of almost ending the democracy they soooooo profess to love.
That number is actually not right, polling shows that 72% of the public believe the Jan 6 committee hearing are important (46% - very important). Let's not pretend that the headless chicken that yell about everything else is important over it are the majority or anything close to it, they are not.
I would bet you almost anything that more Americans have greater concern about the economy than they do the Jan 6 hearings at this time.
