    They did a reverse us - AV to Torts; we went Torts to AV. I actually think that combo makes sense from one extreme with AV, not tough, not very engaged, let's team leadership lead itself, doesn't focus on D or structure much; to Torts who is the exact opposite and all about a tough D mentality and structure.

    Good short term move for them. Torts will straighten them out then burn out his time there in a couple of years.
