Center is a huge need that Toronto has to fill and then we're giving up three first rounders? That's not scraps. He's not Jrue Holiday but that's damn close to a Jrue Holiday haul for him. So I don't know if our team is willing to mortgage their future for OG but acting like that deal would be bad for Toronto is like you've never paid attention to any deal made in this league before.

Maybe trying to get us to trade up if they know we value Sharpe.

it's not really a flattering look at his mindset. he's night and day compared to Daniels in terms of maturity.

obviously a fine line between confident v arrogant, i think he lies more on the arrogant side than otherwise.

I think I'm most turned off on him because of his attitude and how things played out at Kentucky.

It smacks of Ben Simmons. I think he'd want out of Portland asap if we draft him.

I don't see the issue with anything he said. They used to criticize Anthony Edwards when he spoke too. Also, we'd control the first 8 or 9 years of his contract so I wouldn't be too concerned about him wanting to jump ship.

If they project him, like so many others do, to be a star, that's all that matters.

Oh I’m not specifically talking about the interviews. I’m talking about what I have heard about how things went down at Kentucky. He has a camp that’s advising him and it’s not good advice.

Some people don’t think he has that playmaking ability — and Lonzo was a better shooter @ UCLA. Kinda depends on how you feel his shooting will carryover.

I was listening to one of the podcasts that got posted on here and I’m still very intrigued about Tari Eason. I’d love to pick him up later in the draft.

Good point. I wonder what his "camps" next advice is going to be.

    Plays nothing like Evan Turner.
Evan Turner was known to be only effective with the ball with questions about how he’ll fair with a normal usage rate.

Daniels is a better cutter, moves without the ball, doesn’t need the ball in his hand and proved to be valuable off the ball.

I think if that were the case he probably wouldn't have come to work out for the Blazers.

Definitely sounds like he's an introvert in the same vein of Simons.

Here was Ant in his two workouts in Portland.

I dont really see the parallels. Ant comes off as a pretty humble kid.

Well if we're comparing the two you need to show Sharpe's interview with the press in person like Ant's. Not some awkward zoom one haha.

And I wasn't talking about being humble or whatever--just that Sharpe seems like an introvert and that can sometimes come off as distant or standoffish in interviews.

Dame follows Daniels - not Duren or Sharpe
